Pav bhaji masala | 1 tsp |
Cumin powder | ½ tsp |
Boiled potatoes | 1 pc |
Coriander leaves | ½ cup |
Grated carrot (squeezed to remove excess water) | ½ cup |
Grated/ thinly sliced cabbage (squeezed to remove excess water) | ½ cup |
Grated bottle gourd (squeezed to remove excess water) | ½ cup |
Finely chopped onion | ½ cup |
Finely chopped onion | 1 tbsp |
Boiled peas (mashed) | ¼ cup |
Green chilli | 2 pc |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Dough | Make dough for 5-7 rotis as you would normally |
Cooking oil as per choice | 3 tbsp |
Butter | 2 tbsp |
Procedure
In a bowl add all the veggies & add spices together. Mash this well and make 2 inch (in diameter) patties.
Roll out a paratha or roti, place the patty in the middle now using the extra roti dough all around, make a little potli to seal the patty completely. Roll this out using some dry flour. Make a 5-6 inch big paratha, place this on a hot tawa and roast on both sides until golden brown. Add a dollop of butter just while it's almost ready.
Serve with cold creamy yogurt.
