| Idli | 4-5pcs |
| Onion chopped | ½ cup |
| Green chili | 2 pc |
| Turmeric | ½ tsp |
| Coriander | ½ tsp |
| Sambhar masala | 1 tsp |
| Salt | ½ tsp |
| Kashmiri red chilli | ½ tsp |
| Mustard seeds | ½ tsp |
| Curry leaves | 7-8 pcs |
| Ghee | 2 tbsp |
Procedure
In a nonstick frying pan add some ghee, mustard seeds & curry leaves.
Add onions & saute for 2 minutes. Add in turmeric, coriander powder, green chilli, kashmiri chilli, sambhar masala & salt. Let the masala cook for a few minutes.
Add cut idlis (cut each idli by 4) & let it roast for 4-6 minutes until slightly golden brown on each side.
Garnish with coriander & serve.
