Soya chunks (boiled & drained) | 100g (pre boiled weight) |
Boiled chickpea | 50g (pre boiled weight) |
Coriander | ½ cup |
Green chilli | 4pc |
Ginger paste | 2 tsp |
Garlic paste | 2 tsp |
Salt | ½ tsp |
Meat masala | 1 tsp |
Cooking oil as per choice | 4 tbsp |
Procedure
In a mixer add soy chunks, chickpeas, coriander, green chilli, ginger, garlic, meat masala & salt.
Pulse till it's chunky.
Now shape the tikkis in little flattened rounds (about ½ inch in height). Let it freeze for 30 minutes.
Heat oil, fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides & serve it fresh sweet & spicy chutney. Alternatively you can just brush very little oil and air fry these tikkis for 10 minutes/ just until crispy.
