| Tomato onion paste | |
| Chopped onions | 3 pc |
| Garlic | 12 pc |
| Cumin | 1 tsp |
| Bay leaves | 2 pc |
| Chopped tomato | 4pc |
| Dry coconut | ½ cup paste |
| Cooking oil as per choice | 1 cup |

| Mutton/ meat masala powder | 2 tbsp |

| Mint leaves | 2 tbsp |

Procedure
Prepare the masala paste by mixing the mentioned ingredients together. Marinate the cleaned mutton with this paste and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Cook the mutton for 3 to 4 whistles. If cooking in a pot, cook until tender (20-30 minutes).
Heat a heavy bottom pot of pressure cooker with oil. Temper with cumin and bay leaves.
Add onions and saute evenly until golden. Then add the marinated mutton and saute for about 5 to 6 mins
Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add in the meat masala powder & garam masala, saute again for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the dry coconut paste, tomato onion paste and add water as per the need be. Saute for another 5 to 6 minutes. The raw smell of tomatoes should go away.
Add in the chopped mint and coriander leaves for garnishing.
