Cooking oil as per choice | 3 tsp |
Boiled potatoes | 3pc |
Onion sliced | 1 pc |
Green chutney | 2 tsp |
Garlic chutney | 2 tsp |
Meetha chutney | 1 tsp |
Chaat masala | 1 tsp |
Pani puri masala | 1 tsp |
Salt | A pinch |
Turmeric | A pinch |
Wheat chapati | 3pc |
Procedure
In a frying pan, add some oil. Add in onions & saute for a minute. Add in the pani puri masala, turmeric, chaat masala, pani puri masala & salt, let it saute for one minute. Add in the mashed boiled potatoes and mix well.
Let this cook on low flame for a few minutes till the masala loses its raw taste.
Assemble
Warm the roti on tawa with some oil. Spread some green chutney, garlic chutney and a few drops of meetha chutney if you like it to be a bit sweet. Place a log of the prepared masala mash in the center of the roti.
Add in some sliced onions, sprinkle some more pani puri masala & roll up the frankie, and it's ready to be served.
