| Arbi | Par cooked |
| Chaat masala | 1 tsp |
| Salt | ¼ tsp |
| Kashmiri chilli | ½ tsp |
| Cooking oil as per choice | ½ cup |
| Coriander | 2 tbsp |
Procedure
In a frying pan, heat some oil. Fry the par cooked arbi until golden brown.
Remove it on a paper towel to soak off the excess water. In a bowl toss with the masala, top with fresh coriander and it's ready to serve.
