Onion chopped | 2 cup |
Tomato chopped | 1 ½ cup |
Ginger paste | 1 tsp |
Garlic paste | 1 tsp |
Green chilli | 2 pc |
Baby potato boiled & fried | ½ kg |
Cooking oil as per choice | 4 tbsp |
Turmeric | ½ tsp |
Red chilli powder | ½ tsp |
Coriander powder | ½ tsp |
Kitchen king masala | 1 ½ tsp |
Salt | 1 ½ tsp |
Cumin seeds | 2 tsp |
Water | 1 cup |
Procedure
In a kadai add some oil and fry the par boiled baby potatoes.
In another pan add some oil, cumin, ginger garlic paste, and green chillies. Let this saute for 2-4 minutes.
Add in onion and saute until translucent. Add in chopped tomato, cook for 2 minutes. Add all dry masalas and cook for 4-5 minutes. Let this cool down and grind into a fine paste.
Add this paste to a kadai and fry it until it releases its oil. Add water now and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Finally add in the fried potatoes, let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander and it's ready to serve.
