| Bhindi chopped | 2 cups |
| Fresh coconut grated | ¼ cup |
| Kitchen king masala | 1 tsp |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Turmeric | ½ tsp |
| Crushed peanuts | 4 tbsp |
| Cooking oil as per choice | 2 tbsp |
Procedure
In a bowl add peanuts, fresh coconut, kitchen king masala, salt, turmeric and chilli powder.
Slit the bhindi from the center to create a cavity.
Stuff the masala in the bhindis and keep them ready for frying.
In a non-stick pan add 2 tbsp of oil and fry the bhindi for 4-5 minutes until golden brown from both sides.
