| Coriander | 1 bunch |
| Mint | 1 bunch |
| Green chilli | 4pc |
| Ginger | ½ inch |
| Black salt | 1 tsp |
| Chaat masala | 1 tsp |
| Pani puri masala | 1 tsp |
| Cold water | 1 litre |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Lemon juice | 1 tsp |
Procedure
Add all ingredients to the mixer except lemon & water, and pulse it in a fine paste.
Add cold water & lemon juice to this mixture and adjust the consistency.
Now enjoy this with a side of meetha chutney, soaked boondi & puri!
