Paneer Toast

(serves 2)

Paneer 100g
Green chutney 3-4 tsp
Tomato ketchup 3-4 tsp
Onion sliced 1 pc
Tomato sliced 1 pc
Cucumber ½ pc
Butter 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder ¼ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Biryani masala 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Bread 4 slices

Procedure

In a frying pan, add 1 tbsp butter saute the paneer cubes. Add in the biryani masala, turmeric & red chilli powder & salt.

Keep the bread slices ready, add some butter & green chutney on 2 slices and ketchup on 2 other slices (you can avoid the ketchup if you’re not fond of it).

Place tomato, onion, cucumber slices on the chutney bread slice. Top it up with fried paneer, and lastly add chat masala. Put the slice with ketchup on this.

Toast this on a tawa/ pan with some more butter. Toast until golden brown, divide the sandwich by two and enjoy it warm.
