| Maida | 1 cup |
| Onion seeds | ½ tsp |
| Salt | ½ tsp |
| Refined oil | 2 tsp |

| Boiled potatoes | 4-5 pcs |
| Chole masala | 1 ½ tsp |
| Cumin seeds | ½ tsp |
| Ginger paste | 1 tsp |
| Green chilli | 3pc |
| Fennel seeds | ¼ tsp |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Cooking oil as per choice | For frying |
Procedure
Knead the dough with water as needed and 2 tsp oil.
In a pan heat oil, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, green chilli and fennel seeds. Saute for 5 minutes, add in the chopped boiled potatoes, salt and chole masala. Let it cool down.
Once cooled, make a samosa using this filling and fry it.
